Gymnasium and Classroom Additions, Giant City Community Consolidated School District No. 130, Carbondale, Illinois
Renovated existing gymnasium into classrooms, cafeteria, lobby area and toilet and constructed new 13,000 square foot addition with a gymnasium, locker rooms and storage.
New two-story building with office space on first floor and apartment above. Project also included new drive-up window for the existing adjacent pharmacy.
New Shoppette with Convenience Store, Barber Shop, Burger King with drive-thru and Automatic Car Wash.
New full-service banking facility with loan offices, conference room, safe deposit, four walk-in tellers and three drive-up teller lanes.
