As the founder of hmb ARCHITECTS LLC, Harlan has over 45 years of experience in the architectural and structural design of multiple building types. Duties include design, personnel management, production, special services and construction administration. Project responsibilities include client consultations, contract negotiation and administration, project management, feasibility studies, H/LS surveys and reports, master planning, programming, architectural and interior design, estimating and preparation of construction bid documents. Special responsibilities include quality control, budget and cost control, code compliance and handicapped accessibility assessment and planning.

Mr. Bohnsack is directly responsible for communications, coordination and performance of all services preformed by hmb ARCHITECTS LLC. In addition to being in charge of all programming and design, he supervises the staff in the production of Bid Documents, Budgeting and Construction Administration. He is the primary source of accountability and the contractual liaison between the Building Owners and hmb ARCHITECTS LLC.
