New 177,000 square foot Exchange Shopping Center including a Pharmacy, Military Clothing Store, Optometrist, Beauty Salon, Barber Shop, Dry Cleaners and various other commodities. This project was designed to meet LEED Silver requirements under the LEED 2009 for Retail rating system.
